esteban corral- I live in the eastbay of the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This is the hub of Urban Gardening and the locavore movement. Your epilouge was too negative. This movement is growing by leaps. California is blessed by the Sacramento, Salinas, & San Joaquin Valliies. Together they refferred to as thre cornucopia to the world. gav240z- Cuba fascinates me, love the idea of their organic food and its benefits. Oil will run out and so will the pesticides. We need more sustainable models and people need to be more connected with their food. I was recently in the USA again and I'm always shocked by the abundance of processed food and lack of quality food, especially outside of California.
